Hardware

We integrate with the Epson TM-m30iii receipt printer, the Viva Wallet terminal, Star TSP100/TSP143 series, and most ESC/POS-compatible printers. We are not a hardware reseller — we recommend devices we have tested in production, you procure them from your preferred Maltese supplier.

Common questions

Do you offer a free trial?
14 days, no card required. The trial includes every feature on the Professional tier so you can evaluate the full surface. When you decide to subscribe, you pick the tier that fits.
What does MTCA-compliant mean in practice?
Every receipt is sequentially numbered, signed with HMAC-SHA256, and stored immutably for the full 7-year retention period. We never auto-correct a sequence gap — any gap is flagged for MTCA review with full audit context.
Does VIND really work offline?
Yes — cash, card, receipt printing, and the kitchen display all keep running with no internet. The POS writes to local storage first, then reconciles with the server when connectivity returns. Fiscal numbering is allocated in advance so receipts stay sequential during outages.
Can I run VIND on hardware I already own?
If it runs a modern browser and supports a standard ESC/POS printer, almost certainly. The POS is a PWA — install it on iPad, Android tablets, Windows laptops, or all-in-one terminals. We help you confirm compatibility during onboarding.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You get a one-click full export in CSV and JSON of every sale, every receipt, and the seven-year fiscal archive. We retain the legally required fiscal records and delete everything else within 30 days of cancellation.
Do you charge per terminal?
No. Tiers are priced per site. A Professional site can run as many POS terminals, KDS screens, and backoffice users as you need — we don’t meter the head-count.
