This Privacy Policy describes how VIND ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit fluzzio.com (the "Site") or interact with us through the demo-request form, our sales channels, or our support team. We are committed to processing personal data lawfully and transparently under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Maltese Data Protection Act (Cap. 586).

1. Data controller

VIND is the data controller for personal data collected via the Site. Our registered office is in Malta. Contact details are listed at the end of this document.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Name, business name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you submit a demo request.
  • The plan tier you indicate interest in, and any free-text message you provide.
  • Information you exchange with us by email or during a demo call.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Anonymous page-view and CTA-click events sent to our own server log. No third-party analytics scripts run on this Site. We do not deploy cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
  • Your IP address and user-agent string, retained briefly by our gateway for abuse-prevention purposes.
  • A first-party vind.marketing.sid sessionStorage value used to deduplicate analytics events. It is not a cookie and does not persist beyond the browser tab.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To respond to your demo request and provide the requested information (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in selling our services).
  • To improve the Site through aggregate, non-identifying analytics (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical or security incidents (legal basis: legitimate interests).
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Maltese and EU law.

4. Where we store your data

All personal data submitted via this Site is stored on infrastructure located in the European Union (region eu-central-1). We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA in connection with the Site or the demo-request workflow.

5. How long we keep it

  • Demo-request records: up to 24 months after the last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
  • Anonymous analytics events: 13 months in our server log archive.
  • Email correspondence: retained per our regular communications-retention policy, currently 24 months.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, our infrastructure host, transactional email provider, and helpdesk software), each bound by a data-processing agreement and located in the EU. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information when legally required to do so by Maltese or EU authorities.

7. Your rights under GDPR

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal-retention exceptions.
  • The right to restrict or object to processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by direct communication.
